This purpose of this glossary is for a class assignment titled "glossary of terminology" for the AOL 542 class.

Bias: noun; Favoring one side over another because of previous experiences or current lifestyles.
Bigotry: discriminating against a certain individual based off their social status in a particular group.
Colorblindness: noun; A person who does not judge others off of their physical appearance of race or ethnicities.
Culture: noun; the imposts, arts, social statuses of a particular nation of people.
Disability: noun; A condition that caps someone's physical abilities.
Diversity: noun; the method of including people from a spectrum of different ethnicities and their differences.
Ethnicity: noun; the evidence of belonging to a social group that has a familiar cultural tradition.; Example: a person's place in society in terms of class, ETHNICITY age and gender.
Faith: noun; a complete full trust of hope towards an individual or something.
Gender Identity: A person's feel of being a particular gender.
Inclusion: the admittance of being included within a particular group or association.
Minority: noun; A fraction of a certain number of people in society who's practices or lifestyles are not of the norm of the larger groups.
People of color: noun; An individual who is not Caucasian.
Prejudice: noun; a predetermined opinion that has no factual evidence from experiences.
Privilege: noun; an advantage opportunity to a particular group of people.
progressive: noun; advancing constantly into intervals of improvement.
Race: noun; A term to determine someone's background of culture.
Racism: noun; discrimination towards a certain individual or group of individuals for no specific reason.
religion: noun; The adoration of a higher power.
Sex: noun; the two classes of humans, female or male.
Social Justice: noun; integrity in equality in social status and privileges.
Stereotypes: noun; A broad established perception of a certain thing.
Tolerance: noun; The ability or skill to condone something.
Uncivil: adjective; Abrupt, bad-mannered.
Values: noun; the importance or relevance of something.
Viewpoint: noun; another way to say point of observation.
